PILLAR I
BIOLOGY (The Machine)
The Story:
When I was at my lowest, I couldn't even stand up straight. My body had become a cage. I realized then that you cannot fix a broken mind with a failing body.
The Lesson:
This pillar is about Hardware Maintenance. We treat a million-dollar drill rig with precision, but we treat our own bodies like scrap metal.
The "How":
Hydration Hydraulics: Managing the fluid-to-electrolyte ratio to prevent cognitive "seizing.
Sleep Recovery:
Treating rest as a tactical operation, not a luxury. The Result: A physical asset that is resilient to the heat, the noise, and the grind of the 12-hour shift.
